The Milwaukee Wave of Hope is the charitable arm of the Milwaukee Wave Professional Indoor Soccer Team.

Our mission is to help foster an environment for children in Wisconsin where education, wellness and positive life skills can thrive. We do this by supporting local programs.  We are excited to be partner with a local charity for each of the upcoming Milwaukee Wave regular season home games. Last season the M&I Bank Charitable Jersey Program helped us provide support the following charities: JDRF/ADA, Leukemia/Lymphoma Society, Ronald McDonald House, United Way of Greater Milwaukee, Boys and Girls Club, Special Olympics, Autism Society, Make-A-Wish, Go Pink!, Children’s Hospital, and MACC Fund.

The Wave of Hope is now accepting applications for the 2011-2012 M&I Bank Charitable Jersey Program. To apply please complete the following application.
